Request submitted by Jason Ketchum of Chosen Generation Christian Academy to amend the Table of Permissible and Special Uses contained in Article 11 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to amend the “School” use to “School, public”; to add a “School, private” use, and to allow the “School, private” use within the CH (Highway Commercial) District as a permitted use and in the zoning jurisdictions within which schools are currently allowed.

City-initiated request to amend the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to include amendments to Article 11 to delete “vendor” from the itinerant merchant use, to revise Section 12-2 related to right-of-way usage requirements in the CD (Downtown Commercial) and DB (Downtown Business) Districts, and to delete itinerant merchant standards from Article 14.
