Approve submission of request to the North Carolina General Assembly to enact a local bill authorizing the Town of Morehead City to regulate navigable waters within its boundaries, and authorize the Mayor to execute a resolution, on the Council's behalf, to be submitted as the Town's official request for a local bill.
