Morehead City Library

Welcome to your new Morehead City Library!  We've moved all the books you know and love, along with our friendly librarians to the historic Municipal Building located at 202 South 8th Street. We are currently putting the final touches on the building and will be open to the public very soon.  We have our drop box set up in front should you have any books you'd like to return.  We'll be in touch and can't wait to show you around and continue to provide services for locals and visitors from all over North Carolina and beyond.  With more than 85 years of service to the public, our collection surpasses 13,000 books.  We also have six public-use computers and one computer dedicated as a catalog.
